Weather Forecaster
Provide accurate weather forecast analysis and dissemination to assist in USAF and Maryland ANG Aircrew mission preparedness.  Possess and utilize a high working knowledge and understanding of Satellite Imagery and analysis.  Utilize vast array of model data to create mission forecasts and brief high level military and/or government officials.  Apply excellent working knowledge of specific computer programs such as NOWS and TAWS, Nightlite, JAAWIN, METIPS as well as climatological data to assist in the tactical readiness of numerous aircraft types and their missions.  Provide ancillary weather forecasting, satellite imagery and analysis, and Doppler radar training to enhance individuals knowledge and skill-levels.   Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures for continued changes in Air Force Combat Weather Teams mission requirements.

Weather Observer
Take and record present weather conditions to allow real time weather data to be transmitted and viewed by other DoD and Military Aviation installations.Develop and utilize an excellent working knowledge of computers and relatively complex pieces of classified DoD weather equipment such as Small Tactical Terminal (STT) and Tactical Ready Terminal (TRT) Satellite Communications equipment.
